Profile-Team Member -Investment Banking( Capital Market ) PFB the JD – Job Title: Team Member Operations – Corrections and Reversals Department: NSS -Operations Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities • Reviewing and investigating an incident and creating game plan to reverse and correct the incident • Working on any incorrect transactions and ensuring it is reversed and corrected as per the request submitted and processing street side trades • Preparing Gain and Loss for any corrections • Reconciling any outstanding breaks and resolving them in a timely manner • Liaising with the Client to work on pending requests • Ensuring all transactions are processed by the end of the day. • Work as a team player in ensuring that the team target is met for the day • Ensuring that work assigned is done with agreed quality targets • Take on key responsibilities delegated by the Team Leader Experience and Qualifications Academic Qualifications & Experience • Graduate in any discipline • Knowledge of Capitals Markets and lifecycle of trade is a must • 1-4 years of experience in Capital market functions such as trade correction, trade execution, settlements, reconciliations, income, etc • NCFM Certification preferable Systems Skills & Experience • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office software packages Key Competencies • Good Communication (written and oral) • An enquiring analytical mindset • Methodical and systematic in work approach • Self-motivated with good teamwork skills • Attention to detail • Knowledge of Capital Markets • Quick Learner • Good Computer skills • Pursuing no other full time Education • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute towards team goals • Should be able to work in a high pressure environment • Flexible to work in night shifts (24*7 shifts) Reporting to : • Team Leader
