Job Description Develop the programming code from scratch or by adapting existing website graphics packages and software to meet business requirements. Uploading the web site onto a server and registering it with different search engines. Testing the website and identifying any technical problems and hitches Establishing the purpose of the website based on its target audience Determining any functionality that the site must support and developing PHP content based on practical approved layout Identifying the content type the site will host and ensuring compatibility with the PHP programming requirements Giving guidance on colors, layout and styles for the client website Skills and specifications HTML, CSS, CMS i.e. Codeigniter, JOOMLA, WORDPRESS, MAGENTO, DRUPAL, Zend etc Skills in software graphics manipulation and web programming Creativity and imagination Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology Must be able to stay on top of advancing internet and computer technology and its effects to the business environment Must be thorough and precise in their work Ability to work individually or in a team to beat tight deadlines Ability to multi-task Knowledge of international web standards and protocols Job Profile: Web Designer Job Responsibilities: Experience on designing responsive websites. String knowledge of bootstrap. Proven proficiency in using Photoshop, Dreamweaver or any other HTML editors. Extensive experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Experience in creating designs for dynamic websites. Highly creative mind with a keen eye for good design. Good communication skills and understand client requirements independently. Job Profile: Business Developer Executive Responsibilities and Duties Managing Bidding and Business Development, day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of bids, Analysis requirements, Reviewing high-level deliverables across bids, experience in Upwork, Guru etc., Facilitated business development and capture management through proposal development and production, Ability to coordinate and drive teams with different backgrounds and to define common priorities and objectives. Produce responses to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal. Preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management. Good at Client management and Conflict Resolution Risk Management using Proactive approach Reviewing/creating test Plans , Work Assignment, developer meetings, etc Extensive knowledge of various testing methodologies like Regression, Black Box testing, Performance and Multi-user tests, Database testing, Security testing, UI testing etc. Documentation- RFP, User manuals, specifications, Processes and guidelines.
