Job Description* We are Hiring for Fresher / Experienced Technical Sales Process candidates who are able to answer high volume of calls from customers and employees. Responsible for supporting Internet and Telephone services while delivering excellent customer service to our customers and promptly answering customer inquiries, providing accurate information while troubleshooting and problem solving with new and existing customers. *Duties & Responsibilities* 1) Meet or exceed key performance metrics and overall company goals. 2) Provides prompt resolution to customers via telephone and/or e-mail to assist with a variety of customer inquiries and issues. 3) Performs complex diagnostic troubleshooting to resolve voice, video & data service issues. *Desired Candidate Profile* 1) High school, diploma or similar work experience. 2) Must be a self-starter able to work without close supervision and to think independently. 3) Proficient in personal computer use with good keyboard skills. 4)Excellent interpersonal communications skills including a proven ability to listen and understand customers, as well as ability to work in a team environment. 5) Must be able to work in night shifts *Salary*: INR 2L-5L P.A. + Incentives + Meals *Industry*: BPO/Call Centre/ITES *Functional Area*:ITES, BPO, KPO, Customer Service, Operations *Role Category*: Voice *Role*: Associate/Sr Associate -(Technical)
