1. At least 3-6 years of SharePoint development experience in latest versions of SharePoint (SP 2013, O365) 2. Experience in SharePoint client side developments (JavaScript, JQuery , Angular etc..) 3. Good to have SharePoint migration experience from various SharePoint, Loutsnotes to office 365 4. Lotus notes migration experience is added advantage 5. Good communication skills with strong troubleshooting & debugging experience 6. Awareness of SP standards, best practices and migration process 7. experience in SP tools like designer, InfoPath form etc.. 9. Should be a good team player and capable of working independently
