Job description
•Develop and maintain current training materials for all Customer Care systems, policies and procedures. •
•Distribute training and service updates via proper channels sessions)
•Provide interactive training sessions in individual or group settings.•
•Monitor individual team member performance against standards to identify and schedule required training.
•Address gaps and strengths in partnership with CC management.• Actively participate in the weekly Customer Care management meetings to identify team training and quality issues and needs.•
• Identify additional training needs and develop programs related to new products or services.•
• Act in Lead capacity to handle escalated customer calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary.•
• Introduce some product and service knowledge to the team.
