Job Description
(1) Handling Customer Issues and providing a proper resolution on day to day basis.
(2) Assisting and supporting administrative staff in day to day operation.
(3) Support Sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts/information.
(4) Drafting & checking various documents required by the management.
(5) On request of clients checking their portfolio or bank statements as per their need.
(6) Reverting on e-mails and other important information related to Financial and Non Financial Transactions.
(7) Cross-checking and Verifying KYC, Financial Transactions and forwarding to local CAMS for further Processing.
(8) Quality checking of all the Financial and Non Financial Transactions, also for the communications sent to Investors (Mail or Letter).
(9) Strong co-ordination between sales staff/Manager’s in helping their clients query.
(10) Maintaining day to day database for their reference.
(11) Should have good partnership skills & work with others as a part of the team.
