Position: Project Coordinator ERP implementation as system integration • ISO & OHSAS implementation and Managing documentation • Daily Meeting for Projects with Management. • Feedback of site and service activities to management. • Work Order for Sub-Contractors of Project department • Verifying Contractor’s Invoice for Project. • Preparing Engineer’s Attendance for Project and review of the same for the department • Verifying Engineer’s Vouchers for Project department • MRN preparation for all Project and send to purchase the team for processes • Co-ordination with Clients for project-related issues. • Billing projections on a monthly basis and ensuring the target is met for project department • Revenue realization (Collection) for the Project department on time • Track and file all document and report related to Project such as PL, BBCC (Booking, • E-way bill follow-up for immediate release.
