Job Description
-Generalist HR profile which should include proactive Industrial Relations
activities.
- Faced long settlements, Wage negotiations
- Employee Engagement Activities.
- Good knowledge of statutory compliances.
- Handling Union Matters and communication.
- Liaoning with labour Departments, Handling Labour Deptt. Audits /
Inspections
- Handling Statutory Compliances.
- Handling disciplinary and Legal issues.
Other Areas Experience from large scale industry is preferred.
Good exposure of Grievance handling.
Key Skills Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)
Well verse with legal memo drafting.
High aptitude and analytical skills.
