2. Hands on experience on strategic HR/OD interventions
3. Deep understanding of PMS
4. Well verse with projects like Job Analysis, Job description, Competency mapping, Spanof control etc.
5. Policy formulation
6. Can conceptualize and propose the career & Talent Development Systems.
Other Areas • Research best practice among the same industry or other and implementation of same.
• Critically assess and develop policies in line with internal and external influences, particularly taking account of the international perspective.
Key Skills Analytical Skills, well proficient with Statistical tools. Manpower planning.
