Job Description Job Description: * Ensure achievement of budgeted sales revenues, growth and distribution targets * Ensure zero OOS (Out of Stock) status at retailers * Ensure timely and in full service to both distributors and retailers * Ensure receivables are managed as per Company norms * Establish and maintain excellent relationship with the channel, at the distributor and retail level * Provide adequate product knowledge to Offline Team and Channel partners through appropriate training so that Retailers can be educated on the brand/product * Ensure appropriate high visibility for the brand on the shelf * Ensure effective placement of Point of Sale material and collateral at retail * Keep sales returns and damages below pre-set norms * Execute Activation and BTL activities on a timely and cost effective manner * Ensure smooth and timely execution of brand/SKU launches * Track and provide timely feedback on competition * Provide detailed Sales MIS to internal customers in a timely and efficient manner Desires Candidate profile: * Graduate * 4-6 years + experience in FMCG category, preferably Food category * Strong experience with Modern Trade mandatory; however will also need to have experience in A Class general trade * Age: 26 to 32 years * Good communication skills * Demonstrated selling skills * Good interpersonal skills * Good analytical shills * Should have high initiative and perseverance
