We have an opening for International Tax Manager in Bangalore Location. Job role: International Tax Manager Exp: 8- 10 Years Education: CA is Mandatory / A CPA is preferred qualification Salary: Industry Standard Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare interim and annual foreign income tax provisions including provision to return true up. Assist with withholding tax, VAT and other projects as needed. Assist with international tax planning and structuring projects. Manage and support international tax controversy efforts on tax audits, in consultation with VP Tax. Review and reconcile income tax accounts balances on monthly basis to ensure income tax expense/payable is correctly recorded for foreign entities; And coordinate with foreign entity finance/accounting personnel and external service providers to ensure statutory tax returns are filed timely and accurately in foreign jurisdictions . Mandatory Skills: - 8-10 years corporate income tax experience with US international tax experience - Indian income tax experience and US GAAP tax accounting knowledge is required - Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred - Experience in preparing foreign tax provision for international operations and transactions is preferred - Experience in US International tax compliance and related processes: Forms 5471, 8858, etc is preferred - Excellent tax research skills for local country tax regimes and tax treaties Interested candidates can kindly send your resumes to (email hidden)
