 Candidates must have 2+ years experience in end to end recruitment in Medical Billing Industry  Handling the full life cycle of Healthcare recruitment for All Levels.  Sourcing suitable profiles through various Job portals, Networking groups, References & Internal Database.  Posting jobs on various Job sites and Social networking sites  Screening the sourced profiles as per requirements.  Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process  Scheduling candidates for interviews.  Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity  Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates  Follow-up/co-ordination with potential candidates.  Interacting with internal stake holders for closing the requirements  Excellent communication skill both Oral & Written
