Primary Responsibilities: • Well versed with the recruitment methodologies • Understanding manpower requirements from concerned departments and accordingly drafting the Job description • Working along with the company HR team, undertaking the full range of functions for selection, recruitments & appointment for specified divisions. • Good Market Intelligence. • Good at sourcing and savvy in Job Portals using the Features of the Same (Mass Mailing/Jon Posting). • Understanding the Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required in different job roles • Candidate should be flexible for working on different platforms Desired Qualifications / Traits: • MBA/PGDM-Human Resources • Must be Strong in logical ability skills, potential to think about internal requirements • Excellent Communication skills (oral, written and presentation) and MS Office proficiency • Innovative, enthusiastic and a quick thinker
