Field Sales Executive (1-2 yrs)

- Age: prefer between 25 and 35
- Min. Qualification: Graduation (science, Arts or commerce)
- Must: Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of MS word will help
- Marital status : Any
- Experience: Prefer min. 2 years in FMCG healthcare industry with good track-record of hard work and sales.
- Work Routine:
+ Will have to make min. 3 sales calls per day for 4 days per week, as per a monthly pre-plan. (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
+ Saturday (half day and Monday in office for meetings / discussions and planning)
+ Should be willing to travel to South Mumbai and Suburbs.
+ Will have to achieve min. reasonable targets set by the company.
- Location: Prefer candidate staying in or around Navi Mumbai
- Salary:
• 3 months’ probation @ Rs. 12,000/- per month + travel expenses + mobile + commission on sales (@ 1 of MRP : potential Rs. 10,000 per month).
• On confirmation @ Rs. 17,000/- per month + travel expenses + mobile + commission on sales (@ 3 of MRP : potential Rs. 50,000 to 100,000 per month) + annual bonus (basis performance).
- Growth Potential: Can be promoted to Sales Manager after one year with 2 sales executives reporting and appropriate salary / perks increase.
