• Hands-on technical implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Configure the application to meet a client’s requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK • Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code • Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code • Create technical specifications • Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications • Knowledge of programming procedures and programming languages including Visual Basic, Javascript and SQL • Experience implementing CRM applications preferred (Microsoft CRM, GoldMine, Salesforce, Saleslogix, etc.) • Purpose of Position: The CRM Consultant will provide consulting, programming, training, installation and support for clients using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, GoldMine, SalesForce and QuoteWerks and other programs. Prefer candidate with Microsoft CRM experience and willingness to learn from others. The consultant will work in a team environment with responsibility for the on-time, onbudget delivery of multiple customer projects.
