Managing all Sales activities of company products and of any other principals, starting from project identification, determining other specifications, contract review, issuing Works Orders and Order Acceptances, coordinating, and effecting after sales service.
Managing all Customer related commercial activities.
Interfacing with customers at business and technical levels and providing technical support to existing and potential customers.
Capturing all market intelligence data, analysing events and trends having impact on existing sales & Marketing Policies.
Measuring, monitoring and improving customer Satisfaction.
