Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers, distributor and stake holders. Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
•Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information.
• Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company.
• Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Regular market visits to ensure coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales.
• Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services to achieve or exceed the sales targets
• Ensure adequate inventory is maintained at DB & retail level.
• Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.
• The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.
• Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
• Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
• Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
• Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest FMCG trends.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Candidate should have min two years of experience in facing the customers.
• Graduate in business management will be added advantage
