Job Description Business analyst , Constructing workflow , charts and diagrams , Prepare requirement specification , functional specification documents; Exp: 3-8 years; Gather, understand & analyze the complete business requirements, design, develop and modify business requirement document, functional specification document for development and enhancements of software projects.Participate in the requirements collection / briefing sessions and ensure the teams full understanding of the requirements for development, enhancements and maintenance of software projects.Prepare requirement specification, functional specification documents, requirement traceability matrix.Constructing workflow, charts and diagrams; writing specificationsAct as a single point of contact for the entire development team and client for all clarifications regarding the functionality and requirement of the system.Participates in system integration testing and user acceptance testingPerform training of the system to end usersExperience requiredMinimum 5 Years of experience as a Business analyst for software development and implementation project.Minimum 3 years of experience in communicating with Japanese customers.Good experience in creating requirement documents like Use cases, BRD, FSD, RTM etc.Good experience is using tools like visio.
