Agile methodology development Familiarity with front end development and a good understanding of modern programming languages like PHP, Java, HTML5 and C, as well as the likes of Adobe Flash Lite, Python and Objective C is really important to employers, a Cross platform development environment Command in either PHP or Java Environment Bachelors (any stream) / Diploma in Computer Applications with specialized training in Java technologies as mentioned below Skills Required: The core responsibilities for this position under technical development are as follows:            Experience in full life cycle software development including design, development, production, testing, roll out, maintenance and support            Strong object oriented design and development experience with Java and C++            Hands on experience in J2ME including custom UI and compatibility of screen and OS levels (Nokia devices, Samsung Bada)            Experience with multi-threading and memory management on mobile devices            Experience with cross-platform mobile development is a plus (Android, BlackBerry, iPhone, Symbian)            Design and develop top of the line mobile applications and games for the Java MIDP devices and other mobile platforms (BlackBerry/Android)            Well versed with RDBMS with hands on experience in MySQL            Understands technical and functional design requirements            Experience with XML and data manipulation/ extraction using parsers            Strong debugging and trouble-shooting skills and prior experience with performance measurement tools           Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work load, and meet these milestones
