Overall 7 - 10 years of experience Job Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Pune Experience in support projects in functional capacity HR, Compensation and Benefits Experience in handling tickets and client interactions Experience in designing and implementing the Workday Compensation / Benefit solution for clients in a consulting environment. At least 2 years' experience in working on Workday Compensation solution At least 4-6 years' experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) system/business processes (PeopleSoft / SAP HCM / etc.) At least 4 years' experience in Compensation / Benefit business process Provide recommendations and assist to implement changes to existing business processes and to HCM systems. Develop test procedures, test scenarios, and test cases; execute test scripts; and document and communicate the results. Preferably workday certified -functional Good communications skills - must be fluent in both spoken and written English skills. Excellent Team Player - Should be able to work as an Individual Contributor.
