0 -3 years experience providing 1stline support to corporate customers in a MNC (Globally). 1. Work on tickets 2. Logging Calls and Incidents on Service Management Tool 3. The services desk is open 24/7 365 days so the role involves working within shift patterns for the major time zones and rotational weekend. 4.Good knowledge of AD, Exchange, DNS, DHCp, Office 365, IIS and windows system administration is required. 5.Excellent communications skill in written and verbal skills in English. 6.Excellent telephone manner (essential). 7.Track all owned incidents escalated to other support teams to ensure that customers receive an appropriate response within reasonable time frames and published SLAs. 8.Ready to work in night Shift Desired Candidate Profile Education :(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) We are looking for a family team member.We are not looking for an employee.
