Job Description Urgently Requirement of Manager - Customer Support We are currently seeking an experienced Manager - Customer Support (CCTV, Access Control and EPABX) to join our team! Position Description: A Customer Support Manager is responsible for managing the execution of projects for our clients. Must provide excellent customer service and maintain strong professional relationships with our clients, vendors, partners and fellow employees. The position demands solid Technical knowledge of CCTV , EPABX Systems Installation, commissioning, Troubleshooting as well as strong communication skills and organizational/multi-tasking capabilities to successfully manage multiple simultaneous projects. Essential Job Functions: · Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong professional relationships with our clients, vendors, partners and fellow employees · Gain a thorough understanding of client objectives and service scope · Provide timely and accurate communications to clients, work force, subcontractors · Direct work force (including subcontractors) and ensure adherence to plans, contract specifications, applicable codes, safety program and best trade practices · Solicit competitive material pricing and manage timely material delivery · Coordinate project resources (labor, materials, equipment) to maximize efficiency and ensure project timeline objectives are met · Demonstrates ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers · Manage costs to meet or exceed set profit margin expectations · Create accurate estimates and proposals for low voltage/technology projects · Work closely with Financial Department to meet project financial responsibilities · Continually enforces safety to the highest standards · Other related duties as required or assigned · To Scheduling right engineer to resolve customer's Complaints · To complete Service commitments · To provide technical training to Trainee Engineer and team member · The candidate must be BE/Diploma with 4-10 yrs. exp. in managing services involving EPABX, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, etc. · Should have managed and handled team of five to ten engineers Requirements: · Strong understanding of security/low voltage systems and practical field experience · Project management experience preferred · Strong time management and organizational skills · Strong problem solving, decision-making abilities · Willing and able to multi-task in a fast paced, multi project based environment · Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office products · Strong written as well as verbal communication skills · Exceptional interpersonal skills
