Currently we are hiring for Experienced Online Bidders for our organization Job Description The primary role of the Online Bidder is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients through online freelancing portals like odesk, elance, freelancer etc. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. Responsibilities: Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Generating business through online freelancing portal likes odesk, elance, freelancer etc. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization Candidate should know to write proposals for projects Research and build relationships with new clients. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals. Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites Client Retention - Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months experience in the relevant field of Online Bidding Must be a Graduate/Post Graduate from the recognized University / Institutions and have a good command over their Communication Skills and English Language.
