Position : Recruitment Specialist Reports to : Team Manager / Founder Job Summary: To contribute to business profitability through the sale of permanent staff to clients, and the provision of a high quality recruitment service to all clients and candidates through Morpheus quality process. You will be responsible for the accurate and thorough profiling of candidates to meet clients’ needs. Perform variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service. Responsibilities: 1) Revenue: Responsible for achieving individual revenue target agreed upon with the Management 2) Candidate Management: -Handle End to End Recruitment -Screen, Filter and Audit the candidates CV sent by the Franchise -Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client -Check with the candidates if they have attended the interview -Negotiate the pay and salary rates and finalise arrangements between client and candidates -Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression -Send details of candidates scheduled for interview to the Client -Get feedback from the clients -Source candidates as per client’s requirement -Receive and review applications, manage interviews and tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client; -Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client; -Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client; -Counselling and coaching candidates for interview -Help in negotiating offer -Call clients (Active / Inactive) to build and develop relationships -Upload Job Description on Talent Now Portal and mail the same to all the Franchisees -Draft New Requirements / Job Form as per client’s requirement -Assist Franchisees on any queries regarding Client Requirement 3) Database Management: -Maintain and update candidate database on Talent Now Contact for Interview: 022-(phone hidden)6 / (phone hidden)
