Key Responsibilities:
The role requires to get in touch with the existing international and domestic clients, get to understand their feedback about the product through calls and email. To be responsible for their renewals and cancellations.
1) To get repeat business from the client by engaging and solving customer issues.
2) Demonstrated track record of handling clients especially on handling escalation
3) Personality, Customer engagement, good at handling customers and building deep relationships.
4) Must Have Experience/ skills in client handling in the past.
5) Excellent in building stakeholder/Client relationship across levels
6) Good in market intelligence, sales process, and data
7) Innovative thinking with excellent communication skill is a must requirement
8) Client handling on domestic and international clients, should be willing to work in flexible time shifts
9) To co-ordinate between all the departments and be a bridge between the client and internal departments.
10) Touch base with all the existing clients in an orderly fashion
11) Should be well versed in support ticket handling and would be an advantage if acquainted with any ticketing client platform
12) Should be comfortable with online chat and would be an advantage if acquainted with any chat client already.
13) To be prompt in handling online and offline query and prioritize user needs and its resolution.
