Generating leads through Cold calls & through appointments.
Working in the designated area, Geography and vertical as per Sales Manager’s instruction
Mapping the various Clients in the designated area and make sure to achieve the Month On Month target assigned.
Maintaining the database of the prospect clients with the existing client details through cold calling, telephone calls etc.,
Responsible for the post sales issues
Co-ordination with the clients regarding any service related issues.
Maintaining day to day Call Log report (DCR) and sending the same to the Sales Manager & National Sales Coordinator along with to Dept Head.
Accountable for improving Customer Acquisition and Retention.
Continuously monitoring the services delivered adhere to quality and time.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company sales database.
Settling Negotiations & Post sales issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
