Job description/Responsibilties: • Generating Leads through proper calling on identifying Database. • Regular Follow ups with the clients. • Meet with the daily problems of client and solve them timely. • Attending all types of Enquiries of customers through mail, and phone calls. • Retention of cost client. • Support and coordinate with the Sales staff by providing them sales data. • Keep the record in a proper manner Desired profile: • Should have excellent communication skills (Hindi/English). • Good command on computers. • Need to be dynamic and result-oriented. • Will be required to brief the customer regarding the products and services. • Cold calling proper follow ups to generate business. • Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener. • Ability to provide information verbally, clearly and effectively. • Co-ordinate with sales and Marketing Department. • Good telephone and email etiquette's.
