Softbiz Solutions is hiring Technical Support Executives to be based at our corporate office at Gurgaon Hiring for Technical Support Executive (US Process) in Softbiz Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for Technical Support Executive for US VoiceProcess/IT Helpdesk. The candidate must be efficient to handle the work profile and can coordinate well with the clients across the globe. JOB SYNOPSIS: Profile: Technical Support Executive (US Process)- Night Shift Job Location: Gurgaon Salary: Attractive as per company norms Notice Period: Preferably Immediate Key Responsibilities: • Excellent communication skills in English • Handling calls, resolving the queries and providing back end services to Clients • Engaged in handling inbound calls of different business Units • Provide World Class Customer Service • End to End Transaction of Reports. Also, need to maintain Accuracy in Reports. • Should be well-informed about Computer and its hardware • Should be customer-service oriented and able to handle clients over emails, chat, video and voice process • Good understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Previous work experience with an Technical Support company would be desirable but is not mandatory • Should be flexible to work in 24/7 Shifts • Should be willing to work in Voice Based process
