Expert in Trouble shooting all Apple gadgets software issues,
Expert in creating new & resetting id-password of iPhone, iPad & iMac; tech sales from Apple & Mac issues. Other Issues: Windows & Outlook.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers & resolving their tech issues.
Ability to work both independently and with in a team environment.
Ready to work in rotational shifts & offs .
