Job Description Position: Technical Support Executive Location: (Gurgaon) Company Name: QuantM Ltd (www.quantm.com) Technical Support Executive(L2) • Graduates & Undergraduates with minimum experience of 1 year in a voice • based technical process in an international call center. • 24*7 Shift with both side cab and meal facility. • Five Days Working. • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) and Microsoft Certified • Systems Administrator (MCSA) will be an added advantage. Work Profile: • Exposure to Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP,Mac and basic network • troubleshooting. • Experienced in troubleshooting desktop, printer, notebook and peripheral issues. • The ability to work in a team environment and commit to a flexible work schedule. • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities. • Adapt at resolving technical issues related to hardware, software and networking • remotely and via phone support.
