Position-Technical Sales Executive Job Description- A dynamic professional - minimum 10+2 educational qualification.. Experience:: Minimum 6 Months Experience in an inbound process with an International BPO/ITES. Preferably experienced candidates may apply. Salary upto 45k with performance based incentives (for experienced candidates). Transport service provided. Meal at work. 5 Days working Job Profile: - Handling US customers and providing VOICE based technical support. Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues Should possess basic knowledge on networking concepts. Open to feedback & learning.
