Technical Sales 1.Knowledge and hands on experience with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7,8 , Windows 10,10.1 & MAC operating systems. 2.Processing calls & solving problems faced by the users by taking remote assistance of systems online. 3.Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes. 4.Sound Knowledge of computer & Internet and technical sales. 5.Should be able to work in night shifts. 6.Candidate must possess impeccable verbal and written communication skills, and experience in tech sales 7.Quickly identify issues and resolve them based on guidelines and experience in tech support sales 8.Should have qualities of time management, patience and ability to speak to customers with confidence and conviction and prior technical support sales experience. 9.Should have an attitude that is well approachable by consumers and understanding their problems. 10.Should have extremely good listening skills in order to understand what the customers want to say or express and technical sales experience in same industry 11.Ensuring the satisfaction of customers in every stage of the process. 12.Must possess customer handling & telephonic etiquettes. 13.Target Oriented. Number of Positions- 150. Cab Facility available.
