Role Description: • 6+ years’ experience in software product development and delivery in Java platform • Experience with hands on mobile development and end-to-end ownership of mobile apps • Strong hands on IOS or Android Mobile development experience. • Advanced knowledge in performance, Scalability, Enterprise system architecture, crash analysis, mobile design guidelines, building modular mobile apps and Engineering best practices • Must have demonstrated ability to technically design projects and bring in innovation • Strong problem solving skills. • Lead and collaborate with engineers in building and iterating on projects • Take responsibility for the planning and execution of technical projects • Strong grasp of CS fundamentals and excellent problem solving abilities to ensure that systems are high in quality with maintainable and reusable code • Experience with hands on coding and independent ownership of software components • Deep understanding of software engineering practices, Object Oriented Analysis & Design Patterns, Data Structure, Algorithms. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable systems • Guide and mentor a team of smart developers • Apply design patterns and best practices for faster development • Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve project timelines • Ability to guide and mentor team independently with focus on goal. Desired Candidate Profile • A Bachelors or Master’s degree in engineering from a reputed institute. • Tier 1 Engg college only • All experience should be from good product development or E-commerce background only. • The candidate must have shown good stability in all his/her previous associations.
