RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning: Conduct daily morning meetings with team to discuss pipeline, followup calls, test drive status, delivery planning, customer feedback and market activation plan etc. Create Sales plan for self and his team on monthly basis to track pipeline, status of each lead and conversion potential
Sales Process:Ensure Customer Advisors conducts detailed need analysis of the customer requirements. Guide Customer Advisors as how to customise product pitch based on customer requirements. Address all objections of the customers in case Customer Advisors not able to resolve Ensure that, Green and Yellow forms are filled and updated in CRM DMS. Monitor individual CA targetsReview and approve lost customer analysis and respective green & pink forms are filled Review commitment sheets for all bookings. To get the new vehicle PDI and accessories fitted on the vehicle.To ensure vehicle interiors and exteriors are free from the damage.
Customer Management:Review quotoation for the customer based on his requirements based on schemes/offers.Review EDD commitment given by customer advisors.Review followup schedule and ensure its adherence.Guide Customer Advisors for customer followups.Monitor balance payments by customers . To ensure that CA follows up and close all customer complaints.Responsible for all the co-ordinations with customers
People Management: Identify the training needs of the team and handhold new Customer Advisors.Conduct performance appraisal for his team.Train the team to handle customers and objections from customers,Proper registration of cars,Any other/additional responsibilities assigned from time to time
