Job Description
Handling a team of recruiters
Managing the entire recruitment of various companies (IT, Pharmaceuticals Automotive, Manufacturing, Telecom etc)
Sourcing profiles from various methods such as referrals from other technology professionals, networking, headhunting, Job portals ,internal Database
Screening resumes of the selected candidates and mailing them up as per company requirement.
Salary negotiation as per company norms
Scheduling interviews of the candidates as per company schedule and making interview letters for the shortlisted candidates.
Gathering information about candidates (Work experience, present and expected compensation, location/relocation information, work authorization status, Notice Period, availability for the interview, and motivation factors, etc).
Conducting preliminary round of interviews of candidates before sending their profile to the client by meeting them Face to Face
Interacting with clients to get the interview schedule for short-listed candidates.
Collects feedback from interviewers and informing the candidates on the same.
As a Business Development Executive
Maintain the Business Development Database.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.
Understanding of new companies and industry.
Taking care of new position.
