Previous Work Experience O.6 – 2 Years of Talent Search/Recruitment/Hiring in HR Company/Staffing Company/Placement/Consultancy. Good Experience in working on Job Portals (Naukri,Monster). Industry Talent Search / Hiring / Recruitment. Job Responsibilities Managing end to end recruiting process and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. • Understanding the client requirements, prepare a brief and candidate detail. • Screening resumes to shortlist appropriate resumes that match the requirements by undertaking preliminary interview to find a fit between the position requirement and candidate profile. • Actively sourcing candidates through Social Networking sites like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook etc. • Sourcing for potential candidates from different sources like Job portals, References and Head Hunting. • Reference check of the candidates, negotiating the salary part with the clients and the candidates.
