What we are looking for: Experienced UI/UX designer who have worked on Mobile and Web Applications: The primary responsibilities of the Designer are to provide design work of innovative and technologically advanced products that meet the needs of the company’s customers and end users and which in turn drives company sales and profits. The ideal candidate is a visual designer skilled in information design, able to balance practical needs with creating experiences that are stunning in their elegance. The UI/UX Designer will be a key leader in optimizing our product experience in both mobile and web. The Designer will help define the voice of the company and our brand identity as we continue our trajectory of fast-paced growth. 2+ years' experience in Web and Mobile Design. 2+ years' experience in UI/UX information architecture. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user experience. Expert in mobile and desktop optimized design practices. Stand on to the latest trends. Fluent in Photoshop, Coral Draw and illustrator Some experience in full Adobe creative suite, including Premiere and After Effects. (Not a Must) Experience in start-ups in a hyper-growth environments. Strong communication skills needed to provide direction and to establish best practices within the team. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment. Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Best of Luck!
