1. Qualified Diploma in E& C with 0 to 1 year experience in field service activity.
2. Two wheeler is must.
3. Supervises the installation and maintenance
4. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements.
5. Schedules and coordinates daily installation support and service operations.
6. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
7. Typically reporting to manager.
8. Interface with customers and sales representatives to handle both pre-sales and post-sales service functions.
9. Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
10. Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
11. Arranges for the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. Carries out routine preventative maintenance. Contacts appropriate companies for estimates of repair costs. Ensures renewal of maintenance contracts with external suppliers and arranges for new contracts.
12. AMC renewal follow ups of warranty exceeded client.
13. Handle incoming phone calls related to L1 and L2 Services.
14. Monitor product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
15. Alert customers on shipping and flow issues in advance.
16. Contact customers regarding contract cancellations to determine cause and possible corrective measures.
17. Maintain competent understanding of company’s products, their functions and alternatives.
18. Coordinate, analyse and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
19. Maintain documentations of customer service records.
20. Assigning Service Technician for daily field activities.
