Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented person to coordinate our Development Operations which includes managing continuous integration, versioning of source code, branching strategy, handling workflow setup, as well as deployment to different environments through automation.
Required Skill:
• Experience at windows and IIS administration
• Experience with a source code management system (TFS, SVN or GIT)
• Experience with .NET frameworks
• Experience with a change management tool/bug tracking tool (JIRA, TFS, Mantis)
• Experience with continuous integration (CI) tools
• Must be able to manage builds for multiple concurrent and overlapping releases
• Must know how to setup and maintain continuous integration and automatic deployment to designated environments
• Knowledge and experience in setting up and implementing workflow management a plus
Non-Technical Skills:
• Strong documentation and/or technical writing skills
• Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
• Detail oriented and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and respond to multiple priorities

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret corporate guidelines, standard documents, design templates

• Willingness to work irregular hours on both weekdays and weekends
• Willingness to put in extra hours as projects and priorities dictate
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
