JOB CODE: 00(phone hidden) Designation: Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Manager – PR and Marketing Communications Responsibilities: Play a critical role in prospecting and generating new business conversations • To successfully source sales leads with the aim of successfully initiating and securing appointments with clients: Telephone sales and sales meetings. • Set up attend and new business meetings • Maximize sales and client at every opportunity • Generate a scope of work for each new client • Generate ideas to boost revenue • Develop knowledge of marketing practices and marketplace to understand the needs of clients • Responsible for serving an allocated group of clients • Seek out leads among competitors • Generate client contracts and communicate daily with account billing department to assure prompt and accurate billing and payments • Liaise with client in early stages • Manage a grid of existing clients for the agency; chart start and end dates; know when it's time to renew • Liaise with internal departments and maintain co-operation to aid the sales process Business Development Manager - PR and Marketing Communications Person specification: To apply for this role you need to have at least 2 years B2B Sales experience. *Excellent interpersonal skills *Confident *Competitive in nature *Sales focused *Keen to Learn and an interest in media *Self-driven Eligibility • Education: o PG – Any Specialization • Experience: o 3+ years in Business development o In depth sales experience, with industry expertise and proven track record of getting good campaigns & generating revenue. o Strong written and verbal communication and technical writing skills o Working knowledge of costing for proposals, well versed with contact center requirement of various verticals, a good understanding of the domain. o Experience in transitioning campaigns on board (Inbound/Outbound) Lead Gen, Survey, and Sales. o Should have in depth knowledge in negotiating/Quoting prices of different work models o Skills Expected: Closing Skills, motivation for sales, prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, selling to customer needs, territory management, market knowledge, presentation skills, energy level, meeting sales goals, professionalism o Pleasing personality and decision-making ability in day to day situations o Excellent people management o Well versed with power point General Details • Work Location: Chennai • Shift: General / Night Shift Flexible • CTC: Per annum 2,40,000 (As per industry standards & Experience) • Profit Sharing: 5 + PF + Bonus • Expectation: Progress expected on 2nd week onwards • Industry: PR & Marketing, • Working: 6 Days working / Shift required. • Functional Area: Marketing • Interested candidate should send across their resumes to (email hidden); (email hidden) • Freelancers Business Development manager for profit sharing model can post their resume to (email hidden).
