• Read the NIT’s and develop an executive summary to circulate among all stake holders in business.
• Understanding the NIT, deciding timelines and responsibilities.
• Prepare the technical write up for the tender submission based on discussion with BDM.
• Timely management of tender
• Review of drafts and effecting improvement
• Methodologies and experience summaries
• Time to time update on the Tender submission and capability documents
• Initiate the pricing process and act as a focal point for all Business Development activities
• Generate monthly report covering all the details of tendering activities
• Prepare pre-qualification documents for major tender/new clients
• Assisting BD team for the preparation of presentations based on the submitted tenders to clients
• Provide analyses of forthcoming opportunities bids in pipe line etc.
