We have requirement for Sales officer in UP East for our Rice Product ( Saisangam Rice), Maven Tea, Maven Rusk, Maven Stics, Puffs, Rings & other food Products Number of Posts- 10 Job Profile for Sales Officer: Work experience should be 1 to 5 years o knowledge of Responsible for marketing of FMCG products. o Handling C&F and appointing new Super Stockiest /Distributors. o Planning for New Projects and Business Development. o Find our Prospective Market/Clients/Customers. o Handling C&F and Distributors in the Assigned Territory Recruitment, o Training and Development and Follow up of required Manpower, o Maintain a Team of Dedicated Marketers and sales team to boost the sales. o Research and Market Survey for our prospective Market. o Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets. o Planning out well in advance the programs of day-to-day affairs of administration. o Follow up to its precise implementation. o Managing assigned territory for sales channel development. and to maximize companies penetration and reach in the market Target Distribution and Designing incentive Structure for the team. o Responsible for marketing of FMCG products. o Find our Prospective Market/Clients/Customers. o Handling Distributors in the Assigned Territory Managing assigned territory for sales channel development. and to maximize companies penetration and reach in the market Retailing Maintain a Daily-Sales-Report and Should have proper channel sales. o report to senior person.
