Sales - Responsibilities
Drive the complete sales & marketing activities of HomeInspektor (HI) in conjunction with management team, accountable for HI targets either direct efforts or thru appropriate channels
This involves meeting as many builders, developers, architects, real estate (RE) agents as well as all those influencers who are involved in RE space
Participating in all RE specific events in various capacities (per plans proposed) as well as other local events that are necessary to project HI brand
Events/booth set-up outside ready to move-in property to show-case HI
Work towards setting up distribution/partner networks once HI attains maturity stage
Review & present the work progress on a periodic basis
Prepare reports pertaining to job status on daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly basis
Requirements
Proven, feet on the ground with 1-2 years of hardcore sales experience working in construction or home loan industry
Flair for networking with all stakeholders in RE space & a charm to build awareness of existing gaps & ability influence solutions
Any bachelor degree with strong sales background
