Sales Manager (1-2 yrs)

The role will be to work with a database of clients that are a mixture of existing, dormant and new contacts and get involved in all aspects of the sales process including building and maintaining your own business pipeline selling Software Products for Retail Industry, Garment Manufacturer/Exporters & Education Industry like Schools & Colleges via calling & mailing.
Campaign type and duration will vary depending on client requirements. Product training will be given for all client campaigns and top up training will be given on longstanding campaigns, full support is also available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make telephone calls to prospects.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
• Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times.
• Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct.
• campaign calls.
• Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
