Job functions • Should lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management. • Targeting new business development in new and existing markets. • Responsible for implementing marketing strategies. • Pipeline management by developing a right sales penetration strategy in your assigned territory. • End to end sales function encompassing demand generation, prospect identification Opportunity generation. • Should have high level of involvement in achieving the targets. • Overall branch supervision • Ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets by generating business and cross sales • Encouraging executives to improve business. Meeting the targets within the prescribed time period. • Achieving the targets from the existing executives.
