• Clearing NISM exam with stipulated time.
• Keeping yourself updated in terms of knowledge, products etc
• Should have strong communication skills.
• Should be able to work as a part of team.
• Should be confident & aggressive.
• Should have good telephonic etiquettes & listening skills.
MANDATORY KEYS
• Must be graduate
• Must have valid driving license & a conveyance of their own
• Candidates from West Delhi location is preferred
• Good in mathematics
• Good in communication and building on conversation by storytelling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Ms-Office (Word, Excel)
• Good & fast learner.

• Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned region for growth in business.
• Able to meet up the client satisfaction by providing relevant financial products.
• Mapping the opportunity for primary selling, relationship managing & cross selling a range of M.F (investment) Products.
• Providing Investment planning and advice.
• Developing business through consultative engagement with Senior RMs / Regional Heads etc.
• Present alternative investment solutions to clients.
• Manage investment transition for new clients through referrals & other relevant sources.
• Develops leads and referrals from current clients and outside contacts.
• Eager to take challenges.
