Executive-Operation Job Description: • Responsible for Day to Day effective Dispatch of the vehicles at the hub assigned for Car Rental Division • Audit of Service Staff and Vehicle • Allocation of Car 4 hours before reporting time & tracking • On Time Dispatch and Communication of Details to client. • Optimization of Fleet usage • Ensure Equal Distribution of Duties and Vehicle allocation • Duty Slip Audit & Timely closure (24hrs) • Responsible for Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly dispatch target as assigned by management • Responsible for high Customer Satisfaction Index, which shall be identified by Repeat Customer, Customer Feedback and Enhancement in Customer Billing • Vehicle duty allocation through car allocation & Tracker sheet • Briefing of Chauffeur at the time of handing over Duty Slip • Vendor - Vehicle agreement , payment ownership , Vendor discipline • Responsible for adherence to Operational Standard Operating Process (SOP) • Responsible for maintaining & updating Chauffeur Attendance • Responsible for managing Records of working imprest amount and daily reporting to finance • Follow Daily Operations Checklist for effective operations • Responsible for Vendor Relationship for respective hub • Responsible for managing the assigned vehicles and Chauffeurs (appx 15 no) • Responsible for timely supporting credit control in resolving operational issues • Monitoring VIP Bookings - timely car allocation, car quality & timely sharing details • Amenities Stock Validation - Paging Paper, Tissue Box, QC pad, Duty Slip Folder etc • Ensure Optimized stock & supply for all amenities & Office Utility • Ensure Training imparted for SS - Customer Delight, Driving Skills, Grooming & Operations • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks Selection Criteria Candidate must have Good communication skills and English also. Willing to work in shifts Should have ability to connect and converse with new people upfront Can communicate with client and chauffeur Client conscious.
