We are having an urgent requirement for Relationship Managers for one of the leading Telecom Company based in Delhi/NCR.
Candidates with Good Comm Skills / Own Conveyance / Smart Phone only can apply for this profile.
Roles & Responsibility:-
To handle end to end 'Customer Life Cycle Management' for corporate business accounts. The Services,at the minimum, provided by the Service Provider shall consist of:
a. Accountable for the allocated accounts.
b. Collections for allocated accounts
c. Sales (Farming from allocated base)
d. Complaint Resolution
e. Request fulfillment.
