As the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage a sales region with the responsibility to grow sales revenue and margin.
1. Responsible to achieve sales /collection target of the region
2. Managing channels sale partner/ super stockiest
3. Responsible for handling/guiding monitoring sales team of the region.
4. explore and develop new territory, identify new growth opportunities and formulate sales strategies to optimize sales
5. Monitoring promotional activity for increasing market shares and brand aareness
6. Motivating, training and evaluating team member.
7. Reporting to Zonal sales manager about sales/ collection activity weekly monthly basis.
BSC (agriculture)/MBA Agriculture,
with 8-10 years of experience in sales/ marketing
handling a large team of sales officers
