We have an exceptional opportunity for a Virtual Recruiter to join our Recruiting team! This role is a full time, work at home role and will help identify, attract and deliver candidates for our Corporate and exempt level positions. You will use your talent and recruitment sourcing/research skills combined with your relationship management ability to build talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates. You will utilize online sourcing strategies and searches alone with networking events and communities to feed your pipeline repositories.
